Three Branches, Redesigned
Executive
A reformed Electoral College with direct elector elections, proportional allocation, and two-term continuity — plus an electorally grounded presidential succession order.
Legislative
A constitutionally embedded third-party President of the Senate, elected nationwide, who mediates the tiebreaker vote and separates the Vice President's legislative role from Congress.
Judicial
An 11-justice Supreme Court whose Chief Justice is selected internally by seniority, insulated from political capture — and empowered with an inquisitorial pretrial role in impeachments.
